Potato salad with smoked fish
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. This salad is very easy to make; I prefer using red fish. If desired, the fish can be replaced with bacon or ham, fried in a pan. The salad tastes even better if chilled in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes. Garnish the finished salad with any fresh herbs and enjoy. Can be served immediately.
