Potato cream soup with herbs

Description

The soup is easy and quick to prepare. Cream soup is an excellent hearty first course, usually made with broth thickened with sautéed flour and heavy cream, sometimes even with milk. Today I'm sharing a recipe. Serve with herbs and sour cream.

    Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan until golden brown.

    When the bacon is fried, remove it from the pan and place it in a separate dish.

    Wash, peel, and finely chop the onion, carrot, and celery. Add them to the skillet in which the bacon was fried and sauté.

    Peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes, and add them to the pan with the vegetables.

    When everything is golden brown, about 5-7 minutes, pour in the broth, bring to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat.

    Add the flour to the milk, stir until smooth, and pour into the soup. Cook the soup until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.

    Then pour the soup into the blender cup and blend until smooth.
