    I'll make a small disclaimer right away—the selection of meat ingredients is absolutely not crucial. If you don't have any of the products I used, feel free to use whatever you have on hand. Carcerato is meant to include everything you've got in your fridge.

    So, all the meat ingredients need to be cut into small cubes.

    Similarly, we finely chop the onion, garlic, and carrot.

    Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add finely chopped bacon with streaks of meat. Fry until crispy.
