Cabbage soup with chicken
Description
Perfect for lunch. For the soup, use any part of the chicken; I usually have chicken backs and breast bones left over, so I save them for soups. They produce a wonderful light broth. Add vegetables and rice to the broth and cook until done, then stir in fresh herbs at the end. Good luck! Ladle into bowls and serve.
