Korean-style squid with carrots
Description
A simple dish to prepare. Here is an easy recipe for Korean-style squid with carrots. First, boil the squid until cooked, then cool and slice into strips. Cut the carrots into thin matchsticks, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for half an hour (drain the released juice). Slice the onion into rings and sauté in oil for 10 minutes. Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl, add soy sauce, pepper, and salt. Mix well and refrigerate for 10 hours (preferably overnight).
