1. Wash the zucchini, cut into pieces of arbitrary size, and boil for 3 minutes in salted boiling water. Let cool.

2. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press into a small bowl where the marinade will be made.

3. Prepare the marinade. To do this, blend vegetable oil (preferably unrefined) with herbs, salt, sugar, pepper, and spices to taste. Add lemon juice (or vinegar) as well.

4. The cooled zucchini can easily be sliced into very thin slices so they can be rolled up. Sprinkle with garlic and pour over the marinade.

5. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight. Ready!
