Description
Perfect for an everyday table. In this salad, I cooked the carrots and eggs as usual, since using fried eggs would make it a completely different salad, not "Olivier." You can dress the salad with a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream to slightly reduce the dish's fat content. Garnish as desired and serve.

Prepare the ingredients for making Olivier salad.

Boil the eggs hard, cool, peel and finely chop. Add canned green peas.

Add chopped green onion and pickled cucumber.

Finely chop the chicken fillet and place it in a frying pan with oil. Fry, stirring, until cooked through.
