
Hunter-style broth at home
Description
A hearty and aromatic soup. At the end of cooking, you can add 50 grams of good-quality vodka to the fragrant hunter-style broth if preparing it for adults. It's especially delicious when cooked over a campfire, but even when made at home, it's incredibly tasty. Ladle into bowls and serve.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Peel the onion, carrots, and potatoes, and rinse them in water. Clean the gizzards and rinse them together with the liver and hearts.

Gizzards and hearts take the longest to cook—about 1 hour. Therefore, add them to a cauldron or pot and pour boiling water over them. Boil for 1 hour, removing any foam that forms.

Rinse the millet several times in cold water until the water becomes clear.

Cut the potatoes into medium cubes and add them to the broth together with the chicken liver.
