
Italian pasta salad
Description
When it's hot and you don't feel like cooking at all, this salad makes an excellent choice for lunch or dinner. It's easy to prepare and comes together quickly—especially if you have leftover pasta from yesterday. This salad is sure to be a hit with men, and women will gladly enjoy it too.

First, cook the pasta (or, in Italian, pasta). Cook according to the instructions on the package. The desired doneness of the pasta is al dente.

Drain the cooked pasta in a colander, then transfer to a salad bowl. Add a spoonful of olive oil and mix. Let it cool.

Wash the arugula thoroughly and dry it. Slice the bacon and Parmesan into thin pieces.

Place the arugula leaves on the cooled pasta, then add bacon and Parmesan.
