
Spanish cold soup
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This is a classic gazpacho (Spanish cold soup) with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, and other vegetables. The soup turns out very tasty and healthy. Pour into bowls and serve.

1. Make cross-shaped incisions on the tomatoes, then immerse them in boiling water for about thirty seconds.

2. Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and veins, and cut into pieces. You can remove the seeds if desired.

3. Peel the cucumbers and cut them into pieces.

4. Wash and cut the bell pepper into pieces.

5. Blend all this in a blender (including garlic and onion).

6. Now add pepper and salt, olive oil, and wine vinegar. Mix everything thoroughly. Let the soup chill in the refrigerator for three to four hours. Tomato juice can be added optionally.
