Description
The recipe won't take much time. Belarusian beet cold soup can be served with hot boiled potatoes. Chop the eggs finely, but not all of them—leave some quarters for garnish. If the kefir is too thick, you can dilute it with water. You can also add mustard to the soup and let it steep overnight. Good luck! Pour into bowls and serve.
