Prepare the ingredients for making cold soup in advance. Boil the potatoes and eggs, open the can of peas and drain the water.

Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes.

Also, cut the sausage or boiled meat into cubes, whichever you prefer.

Add green peas to the bowl.

Cut the cucumber into small cubes. You can peel off the skin if desired.

Finely chop the hard-boiled eggs and add them to the bowl.
