Description
A hearty first course. It's best to refrigerate beet cold soup overnight. You can also pour kefir over the cold soup. I always serve hot boiled potatoes with beet cold soup. The soup turns out especially delicious if you add boiled tongue instead of meat. Beet cold soup is a light dish, and moreover, it's a true vitamin boost for our body. The soup is ready to serve.

Boil the beetroot.

Cool the beet and grate on a coarse grater.

Finely chop the onion.

Cut the meat into cubes, boil the eggs.

Add the chopped vegetables and sour cream to the beet broth. Salt to taste. Place eggs on the plate.
