Description
Beetroot soup made from canned beets is a very simple dish, easy and quick to prepare. It must be served with sour cream—the more, the better. I like to eat this beetroot soup with boiled potatoes served separately on a small plate. Give it a try. Ladle into bowls and serve.

We wash the green onions and finely chop them.

We wash the cucumbers and cut them into small julienne strips.

Boil a chicken egg for 5 minutes, peel and finely chop.

We also chop the herbs. Mix them in a bowl with cucumbers, egg, and onion.

Add canned beet to the bowl. If necessary, add cold boiled water. Salt to taste.
