Korean-style chicken gizzard salad
Description
What I definitely don't cook often is offal. I don't like many recipes that include it. But that doesn't mean there aren't good ones. Now I'll share exactly such a successful option.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, wash the gizzards and boil them in salted water until cooked. Then slice them into strips and pour over a mixture of soy sauce and vinegar. Mix well.
- 2
Step 2

Peel the onion and cut into thin strips. Add one part to the gizzards, and sauté the other part in vegetable oil for two minutes. It should not brown.
- 3
Step 3

Immediately add all the spices and mix. Finely chop the garlic and add it to the salad bowl together with the ingredients from the skillet.

Step 4

Wash the carrots, peel and cut into thin strips (the same way as the cucumber). Add to the other ingredients and mix again.
