This dish can be served on its own or used as a base for a tasty salad. It's best to choose predatory fish varieties (if using fish). The preparation involves marinating the dish in the refrigerator for a long time. Garnish optionally and serve.

Wash the fish fillet and pat it dry with paper towels, then cut the fillet into strips about 1 centimeter wide.

Peel the garlic and press it. Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings; grate the carrot on a Korean-style carrot shredder or cut into thin strips.

Place the fish in a bowl and generously season with salt, pour in 2 tablespoons of vinegar and minced garlic. Mix well and refrigerate the bowl for 2 hours (or overnight).
