Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. Be prepared that you will need a lot of time for this soup, as the broth and meat will need to simmer for 5-6 hours. Although the actual cooking process is not that complicated. I suggest you take a look at it. Ladle into bowls and serve.

Scrape the legs well and rinse.

Cut the legs into large pieces. Then cover them with cold water. Let the meat soak for 3-4 hours.

After that, transfer the legs to a large pot. Pour fresh water over them, making sure the water completely covers them.

Add the peeled carrot to the pot. Put the onion into the pot with its skin, just rinse it first. Add salt.

Then add bay leaf and pepper. Bring the broth to a boil. Skim off the foam. Let the soup simmer over low heat for 5-6 hours.
