Step 1

Rinse the rice and soak in water for 20-30 minutes.
- 2
Step 2

Wash the meat under running water, cut into cubes, salt, add pepper, and mix in finely chopped garlic. Let it marinate for an hour.

Step 3

Peel the onion. Slice it into half-rings. Turn on the multicooker using the "Frying" mode for 20 minutes. Pour in vegetable oil and sauté the onion well. You can add mutton fat, if available; in this case, you will hardly need any vegetable oil.

Step 4

Peel the carrots and bell pepper, slice them into strips, add to the onion and sauté. Sauté everything together.

Step 5

After the vegetables are sautéed, add the meat and sauté everything together until the timer signals the end of the cooking time.

Step 6

After the "Sauté" mode turns off, pour in water, add salt and spices to taste. Add tomato paste. Pour in the rice. Turn on the "Simmering" mode for 60 minutes.

Step 7

After the time is up, add finely chopped garlic, chili pepper, and herbs. Let the soup simmer and absorb the flavors for another 10 minutes.
