
Harcho with plums
Description
The soup is simple and quick to prepare. If you make the broth in advance, harcho will take no more than 40 minutes to cook. You can use any plums for this dish. Follow the recipe, and the dish will delight you with its taste. Serve the soup hot.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Pour 2.2 liters of water over the soup set. Cook the broth.

While the broth is cooking, prepare the base for harcho. Finely dice the peeled onion. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the prepared vegetables until soft.

Peel the plums.

Add tomato paste to the sautéed vegetables and mix well. Then add the pitted plums. Sauté everything over medium heat until the plums have completely softened.

When the plums become soft, mash them until the mixture becomes uniform. Add the minced garlic, khmeli-suneli, and salt to the pan. Stir and remove from heat.

Strain the prepared broth. Remove the meat from the bones and return it to the broth. Rinse the rice. Bring the broth to a boil, add the rice. Cook until the rice is done.

When the rice is cooked, add the sautéed vegetables with plums. Add khmeli-suneli and salt if necessary. Cook for another 10 minutes.
