This Georgian soup can be prepared using the most common ingredients found in most refrigerators. Delicious harcho made with pork ribs at home is definitely worth trying for anyone who hasn't yet tasted this dish. Serve it in bowls and enjoy.

    1. Wash the ribs and place them in a large pot. Cover with cold water and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, peel 1 carrot and onion. Add the vegetables, bay leaf, and, if desired, whole peppercorns to the broth. Simmer the ribs over medium heat for about 45–60 minutes, until tender.
