Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. The authentic Georgian flavor and aroma come from the "Tkemali" sauce. You can prepare it yourself or buy ready-made in a store. This recipe is not only simple but also quite quick. If you cut the meat into portion-sized pieces right away, you can save a lot of time in the kitchen.
