Vegetarian Harcho
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Harcho without meat turns out thick, aromatic, and delicious. It's quick and easy to prepare, satisfying any taste. During cooking, monitor the thickness of the meatless harcho. If you prefer a thicker consistency, simply don't add water. Feel free to experiment with spices as well. For a spicier taste, add more ginger or ground red pepper. Serve the soup hot, garnished generously with fresh herbs in each bowl.
