Thick tomato soup
Description
A hearty first course. The recipe for this thick tomato soup is so simple that I can't wait to share it with you! What really impressed me, though, is the addition of a bread-garlic-tomato paste—believe me, you've never tasted anything like this before! Also, this dish comes from Spanish cuisine, where soups are often served cold. Give it a try—you now know how to make a thick tomato soup, so nothing's stopping you! :) Serve the soup hot.
