Georgian salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can prepare this Georgian salad every day during summer, as long as you have the necessary vegetables and ingredients. Choose red onion and ripe tomatoes, and be sure to taste the cucumbers to make sure they're not bitter. Also, pay attention to the oil—make sure it's high quality and fresh; preferably cold-pressed olive oil. Serve immediately.
