Soak the dried mushrooms in water. Place them in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so they soak well and fully rehydrate.

Lightly sauté finely chopped onion in vegetable oil. Then add mushrooms and bell pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and bring to a boil.
