
Mushroom pie from frozen mushrooms
Description
You can prepare this colorful mushroom pie any time of the year and serve it for lunch to the whole family. It is especially delicious with garlic croutons, toasted bread, and lavash. Serve the dish hot.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Peel the potatoes, onion, and carrots, then rinse them in water.

Grate the carrot on a fine grater, chop the onion into small cubes, and sauté the vegetables in a cauldron after heating vegetable oil in it. This will take 3-5 minutes.
