Mushroom soup with processed cheese and cream
Description
Mushroom soups have long taken their rightful place on our dining tables. Today we're making a light yet very hearty soup. You can add potatoes if desired, but I limited myself to a small amount of parboiled rice. It's best to use soft processed cheese in a jar—it will dissolve faster in the soup. The soup is quick and easy to prepare. Ladle into bowls and serve.
