
Mushroom soup with dumplings

To prepare this soup, take the following ingredients: meat broth, onion, carrot, potato, garlic, tomato, sunflower oil, flour, egg, mushrooms, carbonated water, salt.

Peel the potatoes, wash them, slice and place in a pot. Start cooking the soup.

Add any meat broth. I'm using chicken.

Peel and wash the onion and carrot, then chop them. Place in a frying pan, add oil.

Sauté the onion and carrots for 7-8 minutes, stirring.

Clean the mushrooms, slice them, and place them in the pan with the carrots and onions.

Simmer the mushrooms with vegetables for another 5-6 minutes.

Add the mushrooms with carrots and onions to the pot with the broth and potatoes. Continue cooking the soup.

Blanch one large tomato in boiling water, remove the skin, and chop. Place in a saucepan.

Prepare the dumpling dough. Break the egg into a deep plate or bowl and pour in the carbonated water.

Beat the egg with water, add a little salt, and pour in 2-3 tablespoons of flour. Mix the batter. It should have the consistency of slightly runny sour cream.
