Hearty and aromatic soup. This recipe for mushroom soup with button mushrooms and processed cheese is intended for cooking in a multicooker, but you can easily prepare it on the stovetop if desired. Chicken is an optional ingredient, so you can easily omit it. Serve the soup garnished with fresh herbs and spicy homemade croutons.

1. Wash the mushrooms, dry them, and slice. Pour a little vegetable oil into the bottom of the multicooker bowl and select the "Frying" mode. While the oil is heating, peel and dice the onion.
