Mushroom soup with button mushrooms
Description
The recipe won't take much time. What I love about mushroom soup is that you can prepare it any time of the year, since these mushrooms are always "growing" in stores :) This simple mushroom soup recipe is easy to understand and use, suitable for any home cook, even a beginner. The preparation process is not complicated at all and takes very little time. If desired, you can add a spoonful of sour cream to the finished soup. The soup is ready to serve.

Clean the mushrooms and slice them as you prefer—into cubes or slices—and lightly sauté. You can also sauté the mushrooms together with the carrots.
