
Creamy mushroom soup with processed cheese
Description
Any mushrooms can be used for its preparation, including dried ones, but then the process will take much longer (soak the mushrooms and boil them). It's much easier to use fresh mushrooms, which are available in any store or market. They have a pleasant aroma and rich flavor. Serve the soup hot.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Place them in a pot and add water, making sure it completely covers the potatoes with some extra. Put on the stove over heat.

Peel the onion and finely chop it. Peel the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces.

Heat a skillet with vegetable oil and add the onion, sauté until translucent, then add the mushrooms.

After the liquid has evaporated, season the mushrooms with salt and pepper, and fry them until cooked through.

Add the sautéed mushrooms to the boiled potatoes and mash everything into a puree. Season with salt and pepper, add the cheese, and mix well.
