Prepare the ingredients for making a cold mushroom soup.

Wash the mushrooms, cut them into medium pieces, and sauté in oil directly in the soup pot. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mushrooms are golden brown.

Cut the onion and carrot into medium cubes.
