Mushroom broth
Description
The soup is simple and quick to prepare. This broth can be made not only from wild mushrooms but also from dried, frozen, button mushrooms, or even oyster mushrooms. For the broth, it's best to use tubular wild mushrooms, and depending on the type, the broth will be lighter or darker. Children should not be given wild mushroom broth until they are at least 5 years old. The soup is ready to serve.

Step 4

Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat and simmer the broth for one hour, skimming off the foam. Season with salt, add bay leaf, and cook for another 30 minutes. Remove the broth from the heat, strain, and serve.
