
Buckwheat soup with pork
Description
A hearty first course. Nothing special, just a classic recipe for buckwheat soup with pork. You can add any spices you like—this will only make the soup more aromatic. Serve the finished dish with black bread and sour cream (optional). Good luck with your cooking! Ladle into bowls and serve.

Rinse the pork, place it in a pot, and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for another 5 minutes. Drain the water, let the meat cool slightly, and cut it into pieces. Pour fresh water over the meat again and cook for another 15 minutes.

Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into cubes. Finely chop the bell pepper, rinse the buckwheat.

Chop the onion, grate the carrot.

Sauté the onion and carrot in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Place the potatoes and buckwheat into the meat broth. Also add bay leaf, spices, pepper, and salt. When the potatoes are cooked, add bell pepper, fried onion mixture, and chopped herbs. Cook for another 5 minutes.
