Description

The recipe won't take much time. Buckwheat soup is very simple and quick to prepare if you have broth. By the way, you can cook it in water. In that case, though, you'll need to add more oil. Tomatoes can be replaced with thick tomato juice or high-quality tomato morse. If you haven't tried it yet, be sure to make this wonderful soup. Serve the soup hot.

    Prepare the ingredients for making the soup.

    Pour the broth into a saucepan and add the sliced potatoes.

    Peel the onion and carrot, wash and chop them. Place them in a frying pan.
