Buckwheat soup with beef
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This soup can be made with beef fillet or meat on the bone. I usually use medium-sized pieces of meat, although you can also cook it with a whole piece. The main thing is to remember to skim off the foam while cooking to keep the broth clear. Also, add a bit of onion and season well with salt—this will make the broth even more flavorful. This soup is perfect for both children and adults. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
