Buckwheat soup with beans
Description
A hearty first course. To achieve a more aromatic and vibrant result, we'll make the soup base using smoked bacon—this variation will enrich the soup with its pleasant flavor notes. You can use canned beans or pre-cook regular white beans beforehand. Additionally, the soup can be prepared using any broth.
