Buckwheat soup for a 1-year-old child

20 min4 serv.20 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Buckwheat soup for babies can taste slightly bitter, so be sure to add carrots and onion while cooking. Carrots will make the dish a bit sweeter, while the onion will add its own aroma, slightly masking the buckwheat flavor. Do not make the soup too thick; add a little more boiled water if you end up with a porridge-like consistency after pureeing. Pour into bowls and serve.
