Greek salad with Chinese cabbage
Description
A simple dish to prepare. Besides its amazing crunchiness and pleasant taste that perfectly complements other vegetables, Chinese cabbage is also very healthy—for example, it contains 4 to 5 times more ascorbic acid than lettuce leaves. That's why I confidently replace lettuce with Chinese cabbage—it's just as tasty, but much more beneficial for the body. Chinese cabbage works well in many salads, but in a Greek salad it's absolutely delicious! It completely transforms the salad, making it crunchier, fuller, and more vibrant. I've served this dish to my guests many times using this simple recipe for Greek salad with Chinese cabbage, and no one has ever left unsatisfied. I hope you'll enjoy it too. Serve chilled.
