Greek salad with nuts

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Nuts go perfectly with cheese and fresh vegetables—I doubt anyone would argue with that. And what nuts to add to a Greek salad, if not walnuts? Even though they have little connection to Greece, their slight bitterness and sharp aroma beautifully complement the mild taste of feta and the juicy crunch of vegetables. However, the combination of walnuts with olives isn't to everyone's liking—so sometimes I even dare to omit this mandatory ingredient from the Greek salad. But try it with olives first—maybe you'll like it? By the way, I don't add sweet pepper either—but it's not included in the classic "Horiatiki" salad recipe (that's what Greeks call it themselves). Anyway, here's how to make it. Serve at once.
