We'll start preparing the Greek chicken salad by marinating the chicken. To do this, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Rinse the chicken fillet under water and marinate it in this mixture. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.

While the chicken is marinating, let's prepare the dressing. To make it, mix all the dressing ingredients and whisk them together thoroughly. Chill in the refrigerator.

We wash all the vegetables under running water and start preparing the salad. Tear the lettuce leaves by hand, cut the cucumbers, tomato, and red onion into large pieces of arbitrary shape. Dice the feta cheese and olives. Add everything to a separate bowl.

Now let's prepare the chicken. Heat a frying pan and sear the chicken on both sides for 5 minutes each. Then let the chicken rest, and afterwards slice it into thin strips.
