
Greek salad for New Year's
Description
A simple dish to prepare. This dish is a must for New Year's in Greece. The fish and meat in this salad acquire an exquisite flavor. It also includes vegetables, olive oil, olives, and feta cheese. Serve chilled.

1. Cut the Chinese cabbage into small pieces; the coarser the salad is chopped, the more pronounced the flavor will be.

2. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and cut into small cubes.

3. Wash the peppers and cucumbers. Trim off the cucumber ends, cut each cucumber in half lengthwise, then slice crosswise into thin half-moons (for large cucumbers, cut each half into quarters and slice slightly thicker). Remove the pepper seeds and membranes, then cut the peppers into thin strips.

4. Peel the onion and cut it into four parts, then slice thinly. Cut the olives into thin rings and press the garlic using a garlic press.

5. Now cut the brine cheese into small cubes. You can substitute the brine cheese with feta cheese, which is salty.

6. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl, drizzle with olive oil, add salt, and mix well. Our salad is ready.
