Greek salad with cherry tomatoes
Description
A simple dish to prepare. Traditionally, Greek salad includes parsley and fresh oregano. But in winter, parsley isn't very aromatic, so I add lemon basil instead. The aroma is wonderful, and a mix of different olive varieties adds extra charm to this salad. Serve chilled.
