Pomegranate Bracelet Chicken Salad
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. The "Pomegranate Bracelet" salad has a lot in common with another traditional Russian dish, "Herring under a Fur Coat," but thanks to its shape, its appearance is even more appetizing. This salad pairs perfectly with other dishes on a festive table. It has not only wonderful taste but also an attractive look. Can be served immediately.

Wash the beets, carrots, and potatoes, place them in a pot, pour enough water to cover the vegetables, and cook. Once the vegetables are cooked, cool them and peel off their skins.

Step 2
Grate all the vegetables on a coarse grater. Remove walnuts from their shells, chop them finely, and mix with the grated beet.
