Beef with peaches
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. You will enjoy beef with peaches. This dish is simple yet sophisticated. It's important that the beef is well-cooked. By the way, you can also fry or bake the beef—whichever way you prefer. My recipe for beef with peaches uses boiled meat. 1. Rinse the beef and place it in a pot. Pour in boiling water. Add peeled onion (cut into several pieces) and peeled carrot (sliced into large rounds). Add a mixture of herbs and peppers, and season with salt. After boiling, simmer over low heat for 1.5 hours. 2. Heat peach juice in a saucepan or skillet. Dilute starch with freshly squeezed orange juice and add it to the peach juice. Add previously rinsed and finely chopped dill, along with ground pepper (preferably coarsely ground). Mix everything well. The result should be a thick, flavorful sauce. 3. Cut the cooked beef into portion-sized pieces (for an appetizer) or into strips (for a salad). 4. Slice the peaches lengthwise into pieces of similar thickness to the meat. 5. Place salad leaves on a plate. Top with beef and peaches, then pour the sauce over. For a festive appetizer, you can arrange sliced beef alternately with peach slices and serve the sauce separately. Beef with peaches is ready. The salad is ready to serve.
