Hot Thai Salad
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. You can diversify your menu with an unusual Thai hot salad. You can easily prepare it at home since all ingredients are available at any grocery store. Be sure to try making this salad with shrimp; they make it hearty and therefore a great option for dinner. You can sauté the ingredients either in a regular frying pan or a wok. If desired, you can use soy sauce instead of oyster sauce—it will still taste delicious. It's best to cut the vegetables into large pieces, making them easier to eat. Serve immediately.
