
Pea soup in a multicooker
Description
A hearty first course. Preparing pea soup in a multicooker is easier and faster. All you need to do is chop and add the ingredients on time. Serve hot, ladled into bowls.

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Sort the dried peas to remove any debris. Cover with slightly warm water and let stand for about 20 minutes. Rinse until the water runs clear.

3. Place the peas in the multicooker pot, add salt and water, and cook in "Soup" mode for 1 hour.

4. After an hour, peel the potatoes and slice them.

5. Chop the onion and grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
