Pea soup with pork ribs
Description
A hearty first course. Personally, I used to dislike pea soups, but now, for example, this simple recipe for pea soup with pork ribs has become one of my favorites! I don't know, maybe it's the amazing combination of ingredients like ribs and peas? By the way, if you like this recipe for pea soup with pork ribs, try making it with canned green peas—the taste is completely different, but also very delicious! It will be even tastier if you use smoked ribs—absolutely finger-licking good! Serve the soup hot.
