Pea soup with sausages
Description
The recipe won't take much time. We'll prepare this simple first course using a frying pan and a microwave oven. Perhaps this isn't the most standard set of equipment, but you'll soon understand why. Let's take a look at the recipe.

Step 1

Peel the onion and chop finely. Cut the pork neck into 1 cm cubes. Place the onion and pork neck into a large microwave-safe container, cover with a lid, put into the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 100% power.

Step 2

Peel the potatoes and carrots, then cut into small cubes. Add peas, potatoes, and carrots to the container with the stewed pork shoulder, pour in the broth. Return the container to the microwave and cook for 25 minutes at 100% power.

Step 3

Slice sausages and frankfurters into thin rounds. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages and frankfurters until golden brown.
