
Pea soup with smoked meats in a multicooker
Description
The soup is simple and quick to prepare. When choosing smoked meat, go with your taste and budget. You can use smoked chicken wings, drumsticks, pork ribs, or smoked beef tails. I will be making pea soup with smoked pork ribs.

1. Prepare the ingredients for the soup.

2. Place the peas into a large bowl, pick out any debris, and rinse the grains until the water runs clear.

3. Add peas to the salted water. Set the multicooker to the "Soup" mode. Cook for 1 hour. You can similarly cook it in a saucepan as well.

4. Peel and slice the onion into half-rings. Cut the carrots finely or grate them on a grater.

5. Cut the potatoes into julienne strips, and cut the ribs into pieces along the bone, through the meaty part.

6. Add potatoes, onion, carrots, and ribs to the cooked peas. Close the multicooker and switch to the "Soup" mode again. Cook for 30 minutes.

7. Finely chop the dill.

8. Add herbs to the finished soup and turn off the appliance. The soup is ready. Enjoy!
